Private Notes
These notes are meant for internal use and are only visible to support agents and internal teams. Private notes help agents discuss resolutions, strategies, or ticket progress without exposing the details to the requester.
Adding Private Notes
- Open the ticket you want to update
- Locate the notes section at the bottom of the ticket
- Select "Private Note" from the note type dropdown
- Enter your note in the text field
- Click "Add Note" to save
