July Release

Rezolve Team
Rezolve Engineering

Release Date: July 4, 2026

This month, we made four meaningful upgrades.

Dashboards get comparative analytics. Bar and stacked charts now support Created-vs-Resolved, SLA Met-vs-Breached, and other month-over-month comparisons - the trend view most teams have been asking for. A round of chart, filter, and export fixes rounds out the section.

Ticketing V2 workspaces are ready to build on. A minimum out-of-the-box configuration lands with every new template - fields, layouts, workflow, actor mapping, permissions - so a workspace is functional the moment you save it. Attributes, Audiences, Calendars, Service Teams, and Audit Logs all ship as implemented modules inside V2.

Bot and knowledge widen their surface. OneNote, Google Drive, and Azure Wiki are now available under Knowledge Integrations as ingestible sources. GenAI Settings expose three custom prompts (answer generation, follow-up, web search) to admins.

Additional changes include a new UI for Event & Action logs, an audit log for Module Subscriptions, automatic audience creation by email domain, Slack channel configuration in Creator Studio, dynamic support for clearing actor fields in Actions, and a fix that stores mail-server credentials centrally to stop token-expiry notification failures.

In total, 37 updates shipped this release: 17 new features / enhancements and 20 fixes.

May Release

Rezolve Engineering

Release Date: May 9, 2026

This month, we made four meaningful upgrades.

Dashboards saw the most work. A heavy round of filter, chart, and performance fixes. Dashboard queries now run against a read replica, so loads feel faster.

Ticketing got faster to read. See exactly how many tickets are loaded, spot fresh updates at a glance. Additionally, required fields are now enforced during state transitions.

Bot reliability stepped up. Duplicate gap entries are fixed and bot responds more consistently.

Additional changes include ability to send email from dynamic addresses; knowledge ingestion from Azure Wikis is possible now. Exposed update/create tickets endpoints in APIs, /list API can now sort by last-updated.

In total, 55 updates shipped this release: 15 new features / enhancements and 40 fixes.

April Release

Rezolve Engineering

Release Date: April 4, 2026

This month, we made three meaningful upgrades.

Dashboards got smarter. You can now filter by multiple IDs, explore newly added metrics in the conversation dashboard, and rely on improved stability across the board.

Notifications got quieter. No more alerts for your own actions, and Mail Server failures are now flagged early - before your employees feel the impact.

Admins got more control. Automated alerts for mailbox issues, the ability to investigate unprocessed emails, and a simplified knowledge dashboard setup.

In total, 21 updates shipped this release: 19 new features / enhancements and 2 fixes.

Rezolve AI Bot — Answer Streaming

Rezolve AI virtual assistant (AI Query Delta) now shows its thinking process in real time as it works through your question.

Instead of waiting for a complete response, you'll see the assistant's progress as it:

  • Interprets your question — understanding what you're asking
  • Searches for information — finding relevant knowledge articles and documents
  • Evaluates results — assessing the best answer from available sources
  • Streams the answer — the final response appears word-by-word as it's generated

Each step appears in a single, updating card — no more staring at a loading indicator wondering if the bot is still working.

Configuration

Answer Streaming is enabled by default. If you prefer the previous behavior (complete response delivered at once), your admin can disable it:

Generative AI Config → Bot Responses → Answer Streaming — toggle off to opt out.

Availability

Available on both Microsoft Teams and Web Chat.
