Integrations
Asset Management connects to two kinds of tools your team probably already uses:
- RMM tools push device data in — every laptop the RMM agent sees becomes a candidate asset.
- ITSM tools link tickets back — when someone opens a helpdesk ticket about a device, that ticket appears on the device's record.
You configure both under Integrations in the main menu.

Why bother integrating
If you're maintaining inventory by hand, you're maintaining stale data. The moment someone wipes a laptop or you change endpoints from one RMM to another, your spreadsheet is out of date.
RMM integrations keep the inventory honest. ITSM integrations close the loop between what we own and what's broken.
RMM integrations
Twelve platforms supported out of the box:
- Tactical RMM
- MeshCentral
- ConnectWise Automate
- Datto RMM
- NinjaOne
- Syncro
- Atera
- N-able N-central
- N-able RMM
- Pulseway
- Level.io
- Addigy
Each one runs the same flow: connect with API credentials, sync devices, review the candidates, approve into your inventory.
See RMM Integrations for the full setup.
ITSM integrations
Nine platforms supported:
- ConnectWise Manage
- Autotask
- Freshservice
- ServiceNow
- Zendesk
- Jira
- Rezolve.ai
- HaloPSA
- Generic / Custom (for anything that can post a webhook)
Each ITSM integration gives you a unique webhook URL. Point your ITSM at it, and incoming tickets get auto-matched to assets or CIs by serial number, asset tag, hostname, or CI name.
See ITSM Integrations for the full setup.
What if my tool isn't on the list
For ITSM, the Generic / Custom option accepts standard webhooks — most tools can post one.
For RMM, you can use the API to push devices into the pending queue from any source. The discovery review workflow is the same regardless of where the data came from.

Other integrations
- Microsoft Graph — for the people picker, so seat assignments and asset checkouts can search Azure AD directly.
- Stripe — for subscription billing.
- SSO providers — Azure AD today, with more options on the roadmap.
