Executive Summary

This release introduces significant enhancements to the dashboard functionality, focusing on improved user experience, advanced analytics capabilities, and multi-entity dashboard support. The release encompasses 12 dashboard tickets, delivering improvements to data visualization, filtering, and reporting capabilities. In parallel, this release introduces two new platform modules in their MVP form — Asset Management and Agent Studio — laying the foundation for capabilities that will expand in subsequent releases.

  • Description: Improvements to "download report" functionality

DRI-7262: Query Type Classification Fix

  • Description: Resolution of excessive "Others" classification in query type mapping

8. Asset Management — Core Launch (MVP)

Inventory tracking for hardware and assigned equipment

  • Description: First release of the Asset Management module. Tenants can now track every piece of equipment owned by the organisation in a single place — laptops, monitors, phones, anything with a serial number worth knowing.

    • Asset records with name, asset tag, serial number, purchase date, status, and assigned user — see Assets
    • Three-level taxonomy (Category → Type → Subtype) for grouping and filtering — see Categories, Types, and Subtypes
    • Check-out / return workflow with full status history per asset — see Assignments and Status
    • CSV / Excel import for first-time onboarding from existing spreadsheets, with preview and validation before commit
    • Search and filter by category, type, status, and assignee
  • Impact: Replaces the spreadsheets and shared docs most teams use for IT asset tracking, with a single source of truth and an audit trail for every status change.

9. Agent Studio — Core Launch (MVP)

Build, test, and ship a single AI agent end-to-end

  • Description: First release of Agent Studio. Tenants can build a single AI agent with custom instructions, attach it to an LLM model, test it in a sandbox, and share it with users via a public chat URL — all without writing code.
  • Key Features:
    • Agent builder — name, purpose, instructions, model selection — see Agents
    • Multiple LLM provider support with per-tenant model configuration — see Models
    • Test sandbox for iterating on prompts in isolation, with full visibility into the agent's responses
    • Public chat URL for sharing agents with users via a single link — see Sharing
    • Knowledge attachment basics — attach documents the agent can search when responding
    • Team management with admin and builder roles — see Team and Access
  • Impact: Lowers the barrier to ship a working AI agent from weeks to a single afternoon. The MVP is intentionally scoped to a single agent — multi-agent composition, integrations, and observability follow in subsequent releases.
