April Release

Rezolve Team
Rezolve Engineering

Release Date: April 4, 2026

This month, we made three meaningful upgrades.

Dashboards got smarter. You can now filter by multiple IDs, explore newly added metrics in the conversation dashboard, and rely on improved stability across the board.

Notifications got quieter. No more alerts for your own actions, and Mail Server failures are now flagged early - before your employees feel the impact.

Admins got more control. Automated alerts for mailbox issues, the ability to investigate unprocessed emails, and a simplified knowledge dashboard setup.

In total, 21 updates shipped this release: 19 new features / enhancements and 2 fixes.

Dashboards & Analytics

Filter Dashboards by Multiple Object IDs

Dashboard filters now support multiple Object IDs using "In" and "Not In" operators. Enter several IDs (separated by comma) and the dashboard shows combined results across all of them - charts, tables, and widgets update correctly.

Conversation Dashboard - New Metrics Added

The Conversation Dashboard now tracks how conversations escalate and route, giving you clear visibility into whether escalation to ticket / live chat was directly requested by the user or if they gave up on the bot and requested for escalation.

  • New Escalation_Type field in Conversations: showing split across Direct Ticket, Direct Live Chat, Escalated Ticket, Escalated Live Chat
  • Split: % of conversations resulting in ticket creation, % routed to live chat
  • Unique Users metric now available with date range filters

When adding hyperlinks to dashboard charts, you can now choose between two behaviors:

  • Overlay in same page — opens the linked view as a modal on the current dashboard (existing default behavior)
  • Open in new tab — opens in a separate browser tab for side-by-side viewing

Refresh Button for Report History

A refresh button has been added to the Report History header, allowing users to manually check the status of pending reports without waiting for automatic updates.

Dashboard Stability through Field Changes and Entity Updates (Bug Fix)

Fixed two issues that caused dashboards to crash:

  • Newly added fields now appear in dashboards automatically
  • Adding or removing entities no longer causes the dashboard UI to crash

Actor Name Label for Multi-Entity Dashboard

The Actor Name labels checkbox is now available in multi-entity dashboards, matching the filtering and labeling capability already present in single-entity dashboard.

Dashboard Optimization - DB Migration from Data Warehouse

Dashboard data now reads directly from the Tickets management database instead of the Data Warehouse. This fixes occasional count mismatches that appeared across dashboard widgets and improves query performance.

Knowledge & AI

One-Click Knowledge Dashboard Setup for V3 Tenants

Setting up the Knowledge Dashboard used to take a series of manual steps across multiple screens. Now it happens automatically when you enable Knowledge Analysis in GenAI settings.

  • All the configurations as applied behind the scenes
  • Works for new and existing V3 tenants

Paste Images in Web Widget

Users can now paste images directly into the web widget to enable Vision AI on web.

  • Supports images up to 4 MB (Bot Framework limit)
  • Shows a clear error message if the pasted image is too large
  • No extra steps - users can just paste and send

Notifications & Alerts

Mail Server Connection Failure Alerts

When your mail server connection drops, you'll know immediately - not when employees report missing tickets.

  • Configurable alert rules: get notified on failures
  • Works with both direct connections and Postmark
  • Connection logs can be consumed for troubleshooting

Notification Suppression - Don't Notify the Person Making the Update

When someone updates a ticket, they no longer get notified about their own change. This applies to all notification channels - email, Teams, Slack, and in-app.

  • Works for individual users, actors, queues, roles, and groups
  • If a queue is notified, everyone in the queue gets the notification except the person who made the update
  • Agents and Requestors are properly notified when someone else adds a note, but not when they add one themselves

Send Announcements by User Attributes

Announcements can now target users based on their attributes - job title, location, department, or any synced user attribute. Create an audience using attribute filters in Admin, then use that audience when sending announcements.

Admin & Operations

Mailbox Email Viewer and Reprocessing

Admins can now see every email a mailbox has processed, and fix the ones that failed — without digging through logs.

  • View processed and failed emails for any mailbox, filtered by date range or sender
  • Reprocess failed emails directly from the UI with one click
  • Search across both success and failure folders

Job Cancellation for Sync Jobs

Admins can now cancel stuck or unwanted sync jobs through a new cancel feature. No more waiting for jobs to time out on their own.

Show Failed Users with Reasons After TSV Ingestion

After uploading a TSV file to ingest users, the UI now shows which specific users failed and why - not just a count. Admins can download the list of failed records, fix them, and re-upload only the failures.

Ticketing & Workflows

Atomic Offer Deletion

Deleting an offer now removes both the offer and its trigger in a single operation. Previously, if one delete succeeded and the other failed, you'd end up with orphan triggers and inconsistent data. This has been addressed now, both get removed simultaneously.

"Submitted On" Available in Action Conditions

All system fields - including "Submitted On" - now appear in the Events & Actions condition builder. You can now build time-based actions like "if the ticket was submitted in the last 2 days and has no approver, retry the assignment."

Hierarchical Field Mapping in Smart Mailbox

Smart Mailbox can now map hierarchical field sets when creating tickets from incoming emails. Fields are fetched and selected based on the email's subject and description, so tickets arrive with the right category hierarchy already filled in.

Date Fields Can Now Be Cleared in Catalog (Bug Fix)

Fixed an issue where selecting a date in a catalog field made it permanent - clearing the date and saving would throw an error. Date fields can now be reset to empty as expected.
