Audit Log

Part of Org Administration (App Switcher → Org Administration). Requires the Tenant Admin role.

Audit Log is a standalone item in the left rail, separate from the per-section Audit History tabs described on the Users, Groups, Attributes, and Audiences pages. The three audit views in Org Administration are scoped differently:

  • Audit Log (this page): a combined timeline across every resource type in the tenant — filterable to Users, Groups, Attributes, Audiences, Service Teams, Calendars, or Queues — with columns for Timestamp, User, Action, Resource, and Details, plus free-text search and a time-range filter.
  • Each section's own Audit History tab (for example, Users → Audit History): changes for that section only.
  • An individual record's own Audit History tab (for example, one specific user's own page): changes to just that one record.
