Common Use Cases

Use Case 1 — Autonomous IT Support: Password Reset

An employee calls the VoiceIQ number saying their Okta password is locked. The AI, working within the IT Department, identifies the request, verifies the caller's identity, and triggers the Okta Password Reset action. The password reset email is sent to the caller, and the call ends — all without involving a human agent.

Use Case 2 — Ticket Creation from a Call

A caller reports that their Bluetooth mouse stopped working. The AI asks a series of clarifying questions, gathers the details needed for a ticket, and — via the Ticket Creation action linked to Rezolve AI — creates a HIGH priority support ticket. The caller receives a confirmation and the call ends.

Use Case 3 — Negative Sentiment Escalation

During a call about a software outage, the caller becomes increasingly frustrated. The Escalations tab for the Department has a rule: if sentiment is Negative, transfer to a human. The AI detects the sentiment shift, informs the caller it is connecting them with a specialist, and transfers the call to the configured human agent number via the Human Handoff settings.

Use Case 4 — Appointment Scheduling

A caller wants to schedule a meeting with an IT specialist. The AI, configured with the Schedule Meeting via Calendly action, sends the caller a Calendly link so they can pick a time slot and book the meeting themselves — no manual follow-up required.

Use Case 5 — Live Call Monitoring

An IT operations manager opens the Live Calls page during a high-volume period to see how many calls are active and which Departments are handling them in real time, allowing the team to spot bottlenecks immediately.

Use Case 6 — Post-Call Transcript Review

A QA engineer opens the Call Logs page, filters by Negative Sentiment, and reviews the transcripts for those calls to identify common pain points and improve the Department's System Prompt and Knowledge Base.
