Offers Access

In MSP mode, the visibility of Service Catalog fields and offers on the Agent UI can be controlled per Customer using Audiences.

• A Customer Attribute (e.g., "Entitlement") can be used to build a Customer-specific Audience, which can then show or hide offers on the Agent UI for that Customer.
• A Tenant Attribute can be used in a tenant-level Audience targeting a specific Customer and attribute value to achieve the same effect — for example, showing premium offers only to Customers with Entitlement = Premium.
