Connections Access

In an MSP tenant, platform integrations are configured at the tenant level. Access to connected services for Customer-level users is governed by which modules and queues are enabled for their Customer.

For a Customer's users to use an integration-backed feature (for example, a third-party ticketing integration), the relevant module must be enabled for that Customer.
