Announcement Logs

• Admins can track scheduled and delivered announcements within the Virtual Agent Management > Announcements.

• Logs include:

  • Recipient details (users/groups targeted).

  • Delivery status (Scheduled, Sent).

  • Timestamp of when the announcement was sent.

  • Content preview for reference.
